Körner's Folly
Homepage  About Us, Our Mission and Services
Korner's Folly, built in 1878-1880, became a non-profit foundation in late 1995, with the goal of saving and sharing this unique Victorian-era interior design showplace and later home.
As a non-profit foundation, the Folly accepts donations from private individuals, businesses, and other charitable organizations to pursue the on-going work of restoring this masterpiece of architecture and design. Its operations are overseen by an elected Board of Directors, and its operations by an executive director and various committees aiding with operations such as building use, restoration, finance and marketing.
Korner's Folly offers tours three days a week, year-round (except for major holidays). On other days, group tours can be arranged (discounts apply to 20 or more paid visitors in a group). Call 336-996-7922 to receive a descriptive brochure, ask about hours of public visitation, or to discuss a group visit.
In addition to its walk-in tours and pre-arranged group tours, Korner's Folly has several products available for purchase on-site.
